Shipping & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENTS: When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece of jewelry requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days. When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

We ship anywhere in the world so time frames will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same location such as Tibet, United States, China, Europe, Thailand etc... It may take anywhere from 14 - 60 days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. Please do not buy if you are not willing to wait. We ship worldwide with no minimum purchase. Places we often ship to include the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, South Africa, India, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Philippines, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, and the rest of Europe. As well as Egypt, UAE, Kuwait, and other Middle Eastern countries. You can expect to receive your package through your local carrier once it passes through customs. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item but you are responsible for shipping costs. Once we have received the item, we will refund you for a return or exchange

RETURN POLICY NO-HASSLE RETURNS The return must be received to Vibe as One within 45 days of purchase. The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt of any item you believe to be defective. Vibe as One will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection. If the product is declared defective, you will have the option to receive a replacement or obtain a full refund of the purchase price including shipping. If a replacement item is desired, Vibe as One will ship the new items upon receipt of defective merchandise. Products not found to be defective will be treated as a normal return.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
